Cancellation conditions

Prepayment: A full prepayment for the entire reservation is required at the time of booking and will be charged to the credit card provided at time of booking.
Cancellations or changes of the reservation are not permitted at any time. The prepaid reservation amount is non-refundable.
In case of no-show or early departures 100% of the reservation amount will always be due and the full prepaid amount of the reservation will not be reimbursed.
